What’s going on?” Pix explained reluctantly. “I’ve gotten myself into big trouble because of Cardiff. I need to capture him and hand him over to Joseph to solve this. As for my subordinates, they were forced into this.” Jennifer’s heart sank. She couldn’t believe the man she loved had deceived her so thoroughly.
