Chapter 166: Did Joseph Violate You?

Uriel believed that if Laxsta helped him, he could return to the battlefield. But to his shock… Laxsta severed his arm with a single slash! "What! What are you doing?!" Uriel shouted in disbelief, while the remaining three angels turned to Laxsta, unable to fathom why she would do such a thing to members of the Heaven Organization. "Why are you doing this? Why betray us? Why?!" Uriel cried out. He couldn’t understand why, just as they were attacking Joseph, Laxsta had decided to help the members of the Hell Organization instead! Laxsta replied calmly. "Who said I was on your side?" "And besides... I was never one of you, so why accuse me of betrayal?" Hearing this, the three of them were utterly shocked. Indeed, from the beginning, no one had ever claimed that the Divine Fall Organization had any affiliation with the Heaven Organization. In fact, Laxsta had previously stated that their Divine Fall Organization operated independently abroad and had no ties to any other organizations. Uriel’s face turned pale. "You!" "Alright, Laxsta! Let me tell you, by doing this, you’re making yourself an enemy of the Heaven Organization!" At this point, they felt a deep sense of humiliation, realizing they had been played. The remaining three members of the Heaven Organization immediately attacked Laxsta! She showed no fear, meeting their attacks head-on. In no time, two of them were locked in combat, while the other angels began a frenzied assault on the Son of Hell. Laxsta commented coolly. "Three of you attacking Joseph, four half-dead ones fighting me—tsk tsk, you’re really something, aren’t you?" Facing the four already battered opponents Joseph had defeated earlier, Laxsta easily gained the upper hand. Meanwhile, the others, who were fighting Joseph, began to lose ground rapidly! The situation was dire! Michelle, still standing on the sidelines, watched the scene unfold. She had decided not to join the group in ganging up on Joseph, believing that such a victory would be dishonorable. The only ones still standing on the battlefield were Remiel, Jophiel, and Raguel. Laxsta, having finished off the four weakened members, now joined Joseph’s side. Remiel blurted out. "Are you helping Joseph because you’re his woman?!" "I remember you saying you didn’t even like someone like Joseph before!" "So why are you helping him now?!" Remiel, a sleazy old man, couldn’t help but speak his mind. "Did Joseph… force himself on you?" Hearing this, the other two angels immediately understood! Of course! That must be it! It suddenly made sense to them. So that’s why Laxsta was helping Joseph; she must have had a reason to say what she did. No wonder! Remiel smirked mockingly at Joseph. "Seems you’re not that tough after all. To keep yourself alive, to find a reason to keep fighting, you had to rely on a woman! And not just any woman, but her!" "You’re truly pathetic!" Joseph responded coldly. "What does that have to do with you? Our affairs are none of your business!" "And besides, you don’t know a damn thing about what’s going on between us! I don’t need to explain myself to you!" Remiel hadn’t expected Joseph to speak to him like that! His face turned red with anger. But at the same time, it was clear that Joseph wasn’t in great shape; his wounds were bleeding profusely, and it was obvious he was reaching his limit. At that critical moment, the AI robot appeared at Joseph’s feet. "Master Son of Hell!" Joseph squinted and looked over. "What are you doing here? Didn’t I tell you to stay with the organization?" "Everyone’s worried about you! I came to help!" In reality, Joseph’s body was already at its limit. Taking on seven opponents at once was too much, even for him. Knocking out four and facing three was the most he could handle. Joseph took the high-tech weapon the AI had brought and drank some of the new potion it had developed. "Alright, you go wait on the sidelines." For Joseph, he was now relying on sheer willpower to keep fighting. He had accepted that life and death were out of his hands now. Who would be the last one standing? Even Joseph wasn’t sure. Remiel, being the coward he was, turned and fled as soon as he saw Joseph armed with high-tech weapons! Jophiel shouted. "Why are you running?! Now that Michelle’s gone, it’s just me and Raguel left! If you stayed, we could definitely finish him off!" But Remiel didn’t care! "If Joseph were easy to kill, you two could handle it! If he’s not, the three of us wouldn’t stand a chance either! Now his little girlfriend, the head of the Divine Fall Organization, is here, and the AI is helping him too. This is a lost cause!" He fled with his subordinates, disappearing as he spoke. Jophiel cursed from where he stood, but he didn’t mind too much. From his perspective, defeating Joseph should have been easy! "Joseph is already on his last legs! Raguel, charge with me!" He rushed forward with his spear, but just as it was about to strike Joseph, the latter easily dodged and sliced off Jophiel’s arm! Jophiel couldn’t believe what he saw! "No! No!!" Jophiel staggered back in shock, while Raguel’s longsword stabbed toward him from behind! Joseph caught it! With a firm grip, he snapped the sturdy steel weapon in half! Then, he delivered a powerful punch to Jophiel’s head! *Bam!* Jophiel’s head was left bloodied, and he collapsed to the ground, unable to get up. As Joseph approached the fallen Jophiel, Raguel looked on in disbelief. "No… no way!!" He couldn’t fathom that Joseph could still be this strong, even after being injured! How was this possible?! He couldn’t comprehend it! He didn’t understand! Why was this happening?! At that moment, Raguel had no fight left in him. Joseph grabbed his longsword and ended Raguel’s life with a single stroke. Then he walked over to where Jophiel lay in a pool of blood. Jophiel stared at Joseph in terror! He struggled! "No!" He howled in agony. "Why me!" "Why!"
