Chapter 115: Capture

Suddenly, a low, menacing laugh echoed through the room. A figure slowly emerged from the shadows—it was none other than Joseph, the leader of the Hell Organization, the Reaper himself. Of course, it wasn’t his real body. Like the AI terminal, Joseph was controlling a robot body. Holding a tablet, Joseph looked at them while a fully robotic version of himself spoke on his behalf. “It seems you all have deep loyalty to Samael.” The Reaper’s voice had a hint of mockery. Upon seeing the Reaper, Beelzebub and the others immediately knelt on one knee, respectfully saluting. The Reaper waved his hand, signaling them to rise. “I understand you have strong feelings for Samael, but what he did is true. However…” The Reaper paused, then continued. “There might be more to this story. I’ve sent people to find Samael. We’ll decide once the truth is revealed.” “If you believe this matter isn’t as simple as it seems, you can also join in capturing Samael.” “Once you find Samael, perhaps you’ll understand my perspective.” No one expected that Joseph had already sent people to capture Samael! Everyone exchanged glances. Regardless of what happened, they needed to capture Samael and get to the bottom of this! They knelt before Joseph once more. “Please, Lord Joseph, give us a chance! Let us help resolve this!” “We will capture this Samael!” “So, Reaper, allow us to join the pursuit!” Joseph nodded slightly. “Of course, I trust you to handle the capture.” “I’ll be waiting for your return.” With that, the Reaper turned and left, leaving Beelzebub and the others in shock. They felt both relieved and puzzled. For now, the controversy surrounding Samael was put to rest. Joseph's real body had now arrived in Texas. Following his information, he directly found Zesasus's location. In the room, he saw seven or eight women with Zesasus. Multiple people in one bed? Joseph kicked the door open! His eyes were cold as he surveyed the scene, Zesasus and the women stared back in terror. The women didn’t immediately react. “Who are you? How dare you break into our room!” one woman shouted. Joseph didn’t waste words. With a wave of his hand, a beam of light immobilized Zesasus and the women. “You should know who I am, Zesasus?” Joseph’s voice was as cold as the abyss. Zesasus’s lips trembled. “I…I don’t know…” Joseph’s eyes flashed with anger. “Don’t take the hard way.” Another beam of light, and Zesasus screamed in pain. “I know, I know, you’re Joseph!” Unable to bear the torment, Zesasus finally spoke. He had planned to feign ignorance to evade responsibility, but now it was clear that was impossible. Zesasus looked at Joseph in terror. “I didn’t expect you to come here, my friend. Are you here for a reunion?” The surrounding women also sensed something was wrong and exchanged worried looks. Joseph sneered. “A reunion? Do you think I’ll believe that? Hand over the items.” Zesasus’s expression turned grim. “I don’t know what you’re talking about… what items?” Joseph stepped forward, grabbing Zesasus by the collar. “Don’t play dumb. I have enough evidence. Hand over what you stole from the Hell Organization, or face the consequences.” Zesasus’s eyes darted around, clearly thinking of a way out. Joseph noticed one of Zesasus’s subordinates making a move. He swiftly knocked the man out. Blood pooled around the fallen subordinate. The women screamed. “Ah—! Murder!” “This is terrifying! What’s happening!” “Help! Murder!” Joseph looked at Zesasus coolly. “Do you think I’m joking, Zesasus?” “Do you know, back then I thought you died on the battlefield. I searched every inch for your body.” “I found over a hundred bodies of our Hell Organization comrades. I was furious, thinking your body had been taken. I even wanted to come after you.” “But then I thought maybe your death was for us. But soon, I realized something was wrong.” “We returned to the organization and found many things missing. Items only you could take. Someone said if we hadn’t followed your plan, those people wouldn’t have died.” Joseph stared at Zesasus. “So, tell me, did you betray our comrades back then, leading to over a hundred deaths?” Zesasus turned pale, eyes wide with fear. “No…it wasn’t me…I didn’t betray you…” Joseph’s eyes grew colder. “Still lying? The evidence is clear, and you’re still denying?” He threw a file at Zesasus. “This is the evidence we found, detailing your conversations with the enemy.” Zesasus trembled as he read the file, his hope fading. “This…this can’t be…” Joseph spoke coldly. “Do you have anything to say now?” Zesasus slumped, knowing he couldn’t escape responsibility. “Alright…I admit…I betrayed everyone…” He looked up, eyes filled with regret and guilt. “But I was forced. They had my family. I had no choice…” Joseph frowned, not expecting such a backstory. “Your family? Where are they now?” Zesasus looked down, hesitant. Joseph pressed. “If you want forgiveness, you must tell everything.” Zesasus moved to sit beside Joseph. By then, the others in the room had left.
