Even though she did not know who that woman was, she was already treating her as her biggest enemy. Lena pursed her lips. She knew that Kaira was starting to get angry and she did not want to say anything that would even make her more angry. But, she really did not want to watch her friend become a third party. From her words, she did not even think that she was doing something wrong. Clearly, she thought that she was right. She really did not want Kaira to have such a twisted mindset. What is wrong with her? "Kaira...you need to think this through.....That man is already married....you can't get involved in someone's marriage....no matter what, the both of them are already married...no matter how you see it, the truth is, they are already married....you...there are lots of men that you can choose from. You don't need to do so much for someone who is already Married" Lena wanted to say that, just how great is this man that she wants to do so much for him? Just how far does she want to go for a married man? But in the end, she did not say that. She could only try to convince her as mildly as she could. "No! There is no one that I can choose from! He is the only person that I love and I'm telling you that I love him too! There is nothing wrong in what I'm doing. I just want to take back what is mine. I'm absolutely not a third party!" Kaira said. It was clear that she had already made up her mind. Lena shrugged. She knew that she could no longer convince her. She could only hope that her friend won't make any mistakes. * Scarlett sat on a chair by the beach watching the waves. She had been swimming for some time now and she was already tired. She was testing now and watching people swim and the waves. She had to admit, that it was really calming. She had been working so hard for the past few years that she did not have a chance to rest. Now that she finally got her well deserved rest, she was definitely going to make good use of it. She glanced over and sbs could no longer see Ryder. He had actually followed her around trying to get her to change and the both of them had almost gotten into an argument. She wasn't ready to take him seriously. In the end, he left her alone and he just stood by her side, literally scaring away anyone who wanted to get close to her. Scarlett thought that it was really funny. Is he really doing all of this just so that he could win her heart? She had to admit, for this bet, he was going all out. He wasn't even afraid of getting himself involved in all of these things. He really is something else. And the worst part that no matter what she said, he refused to leave. Scarlett really did not want to be touched but she found out that sometimes, she really could not control herself. Scarlett shook her head when she found out that she was thinking about that person. What is wrong with her? Why is she thinking about him again? She already knows what he is up to so why is she setting herself up to fall for his trap? No, she had to get these thoughts out of her mind as soon as possible. She absolutely mustn't fall for them! Scarlett was still trying to clear her mind when she felt a shadow standing in front of her. She immediately thought that it was Ryder and she prepared herself to give him a good warning. "What are you doing? I'm telling you they no matter what type of tricks you try to play, I'm not going to fall for it I...." Scarlett stopped talking when she realized that the smiling man in front of her wasn't Ryder. She scanned the person in front of her from head to toe. Seeing as how he did not call out in excitement after seeing her, he probably did not know her. He probably wasn't from Country M either. She was really popular in the country but she had not advanced internationally yet. So it was quite understandable that she wasn't well known world wide. She continued to scan the man. He could be said to be decently good looking. "Not as good looking as Ryder though" Scarlett found herself thinking in her head. Wait a minute, when did she start making it a habit to compare every man that she met with Ryder? What is wrong with her? "Can I help you?" Scarlett asked, snapping out of her reverie. The man's smile grew broader. Scarlett had a weird feeling that this man was trying to flirt with her. She was suddenly on guard. No matter what, she was still married to Ryder in name. She knew that she could not make any mistakes or do something wrong. She still had her reputation to guard. The man immediately sat down next to her, without even asking. "I'm Derrick. I've been watching you for some time....I think that we can get to know each other right?" He asked with the same flirtatious smile. Scarlett smiled faintly. He said that he had been watching her for some time, so he should have seen how Ryder kept hovering around her right? He still had the guts to approach her even after seeing that...he was really hardcore... Earlier, Scarlett thought that even though Ryder was annoying, he could at least help her to fend off unwanted attention, who knew that this man did not care at all. He immediately came to her when he saw that Ryder was no longer around. Some people.... just did not know when to stop. "You said that you've been watching me for some time, you probably know that I'm not alone here right?" Scarlett asked with a faint smile on her face. She thought that even though he was thick skinned enough to disregard the fact that there was someone else with her he won't be able to continue hitting on her if she told him herself that she was with someone. She was sure that he would stop pestering her immediately. She certainly wasn't expecting the events that happened next, The man chuckled lightly and then said, "You have a boyfriend? It's not a big deal! People's heart changes. I'm sure that I can change your heart! He said. Scarlett thought that she was already shameless enough, who knew that there was someone even more shameless than them? "He's my husband!" Scarlett said straightly. She did not bother to be nice to such a pervert anymore. She did not want to have anything to do with him. He was already creeping her out. She did not want to continue to have this conversation with him she just wanted to be as far away from this person as possible. For the first time, Scarlett found out that her marriage did come in handy in situations like this she could use it to scare off perverts like this. But it was soon clear that this man was not deterred when it came to what he wanted. Even though she already told him that he was married, he did not try to stop his very annoying act of flirting and hitting on her! "You are married?! You look so young! How can you be married when you are so young?" He asked her. It was obvious that he did not believe her at all. "I think that age has nothing to do with marriage. Once you find that person that you love, you instantly want to get married. All other factors no longer matter!" Scarlett said. If someone had told her a month ago that she was going to give this kind of advice to someone she would have laughed her heart out. Now not only was she married she was even advicing someone to get married like an old wife. Well, she really needed to fend off this person and it did not matter what she had to do as long as he left her alone. "So you are married..." He acknowledged. Scarlett sighed in relief thinking that he was finally going to leave her alone but she did not expect that this man was really going to continue pestering her without a single sense of shame. He really is something else! "Even if you are married.. people do get divorced. Are you sure that you really love your husband? There is no reason for you to force yourself!" Derrick said. Scarlett really wanted to cry. She did not know what she was going to say to this person. He really did not want to give up. What the hell is this? She was just sitting on her own and she encountered something like this? Even though she knew that her marriage with Ryder was going to end in a divorce, having someone else tell her that she was going to get a divorce made her angry. And he even said that she was forcing herself to get married to him! Thinking about being seperated from Ryder one day, Scarlett was suddenly feeling low. Why is she feeling this way!? She was already prepared for divorce from the very first day that she signed her name on the divorce papers. Why is she acting like this right now? She really could not understand herself at all! What is going on with her? "Why do you think that we are going to seperate? My husband and I love each other very much!" Scarlett said. There was a feirce look in her eyes, like she was daring Derrick to say that tht both of them did not love each other! "I know that the both of you do not love each other. A couple who loves each other definitely won't act and talk like that both of you do " Derrick said. Scarlett really did not know what to say in such a situation. It turns out that he has been watching her for some time now and he heard most of tht things that tht both of them said. That was why he was bold enough to come to her and shameless enough to stay even when she told him that she was already married. Scarlett really did not know what she was going to say to this person. She was racking her brain trying to think of a way to get away from this man when she heard a bold female voice behind her say,
